Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is centered on aligning the spine and other joints to support overall body function. Since the spine is the body’s core structure, providing both support and mobility, Chiropractors perform adjustments to joints that are restricted due to injuries or ongoing stress, helping to restore proper movement and alleviate discomfort.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy takes a holistic approach, focusing on the entire body, including soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons), the spine, and the nervous system. Osteopaths use various hands-on techniques, such as spinal manipulation, soft tissue massage, and gentle joint movements to restore balance and alignment. By allowing the body to function at its best, osteopathy supports natural healing processes and helps overcome blockages that can hinder health. Benefits include improved posture, joint health, mobility, pain reduction, stress relief, better digestion, and enhanced circulation and nerve function. Osteopathy is effective not only in managing existing health issues but also in promoting preventative care to maintain overall health and well-being.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a hands-on technique that involves manipulating soft tissues to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. Performed by trained massage therapists, the techniques can range from gentle to more intense. The services offered include a variety of specialty options such as Cupping, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage, catering to different needs and preferences.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Lymphedema Management & Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
We offer two different types of Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
1. Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD)
Origin: Popularized in Brazil, most famously by Renata França.
Approach: Firm, fast-paced, rhythmic massage strokes along lymph pathways, sometimes combined with body-contouring techniques.
Focus: Visibly reduces bloating, swelling, and water retention. Promotes immediate aesthetic effects (slimmer waistline, flatter stomach).
Experience: More vigorous and stimulating compared to traditional lymph drainage.
Best for: Cosmetic results, post-surgery swelling (esp. cosmetic surgery), bloating, event-prep (e.g., brides, photo shoots).
2. Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Origin: Developed in the 1930s by Dr. Emil Vodder (Europe).
Approach: Highly structured, gentle, circular and pumping hand movements, with specific training/certification required.
Focus: Clinical/therapeutic lymph drainage — reduces lymphedema, swelling, chronic inflammation, post-surgical recovery. Often prescribed in medical settings.
Experience: Gentle, repetitive, almost hypnotic touch.
Best for: Medical conditions (lymphedema, post-cancer treatment swelling, trauma recovery, post-surgical healing).
VMLD: Lymphatic Drainage
Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage (VMLD) Veltheim method Lymphatic Drainage (VMLD) supports the lymphatic system from a very unique perspective. It incorporates both Western and Eastern knowledge of the lymphatic system, offering a a gentle, relaxing lymphatic drainage technique that blends energy medicine to support natural detoxification and fluid balance.
ORIGIN: Created by Dr. John Veltheim (founder of the BodyTalk System).
APPROACH: Gentle, rhythmic hand movements, simple kinesthetic visualization and occasional tapping on the head or sternum helps to stimulate the flow of interstitial fluid (fluid between your cells) through tissues into the lymphatic system. Its unique approach goes beyond traditional lymphatic drainage by addressing energy flow at the cellular level, helping release emotional and biochemical blockages while promoting deep relaxation and overall well-being. In short, it works by gently guiding fluid and energy through the body to enhance detox, circulation, and emotional balance without deep pressure or discomfort.
FOCUS: Clears lymphatic congestion and balances the nervous system/energy systems of the body helping your whole body clear toxins more effectively.
EXPERIENCE: Extremely light and relaxing often described as meditative that is therapeutic for both body and mind.
BEST FOR: Natural detoxification, stress relief, immune support, weight loss support, inflammation, joint pain, fatigue, fluid retention and clients sensitive to touch, or those interested in mind-body/energy work.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists work with many different kinds of injuries and aid in the body’s healing process to help you get back to optimal function. Sports injuries, physical trauma, repetitive strain injuries and more.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. The naturopathic philosophy is to stimulate the healing power of the body and treat the underlying cause of disease. Symptoms of disease are seen as warning signals of improper functioning of the body, and unfavourable lifestyle habits. Naturopathic Medicine emphasizes disease as a process rather than as an entity.
Treating both acute and chronic conditions, naturopathic treatments are chosen based on the individual patient – their physiological, structural, psychological, social, spiritual, environment and lifestyle factors. In addition to diet and lifestyle changes, natural therapies including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, naturopathic manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture, may also be used during treatments.

Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Therapies
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies such as cupping, moxibustion and guasha have been recognized by the World Health Organization to promote overall wellness and restore health through stimulation.
Acupuncture improves the body’s functions + promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites–commonly referred to as acupuncture points (acupoints) along energy pathways (meridians) to promote the balance & flow of vital energy known as life force (Qi) that circulates throughout the entire body. The most common method used to stimulate acupoints is acupuncture. pressure, heat, or other TCM stimulation techniques such as acupressure, cupping, guasha, moxibustion may further enhance the effects.
The goal of Acupuncture and TCM therapy is to remove energy blockages and correct imbalances in the flow of energy (Qi) in the body which helps to regulate emotional, mental and physical health.
BodyTalk Energy Medicine + Acupuncture
BodyTalk is a gentle, non-invasive healing system that helps restore balance by improving communication between the brain, heart, and body. Overtime, stress, trauma, and lifestyle can disrupt these connections, leading to energetic blockages and dis-ease - whether physical, emotional, or mental health issues.
Rooted in a harmonious blend of ancient healing traditions and modern science, including Western medicine, acupuncture, and applied kinesiology, BodyTalk taps into your body’s innate wisdom. It supports neuroplasticity—the brain’s remarkable ability to rewire and heal itself—by gently tapping on specific points to reset and resynchronize your body’s energy flow. This warm, holistic approach encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps clear blockages, inviting your body’s natural healing processes to unfold.
BodyTalk supports conditions like insomnia, anxiety, headaches, and pain, and works well alongside other therapies like acupuncture, massage, or life coaching, enhancing their effects to support lasting vitality and well-being.
