Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is centered on aligning the spine and other joints to support overall body function. Since the spine is the body’s core structure, providing both support and mobility, Chiropractors perform adjustments to joints that are restricted due to injuries or ongoing stress, helping to restore proper movement and alleviate discomfort.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy takes a holistic approach, focusing on the entire body, including soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons), the spine, and the nervous system. Osteopaths use various hands-on techniques, such as spinal manipulation, soft tissue massage, and gentle joint movements to restore balance and alignment. By allowing the body to function at its best, osteopathy supports natural healing processes and helps overcome blockages that can hinder health. Benefits include improved posture, joint health, mobility, pain reduction, stress relief, better digestion, and enhanced circulation and nerve function. Osteopathy is effective not only in managing existing health issues but also in promoting preventative care to maintain overall health and well-being.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a hands-on technique that involves manipulating soft tissues to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. Performed by trained massage therapists, the techniques can range from gentle to more intense. The services offered include a variety of specialty options such as Cupping, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage, catering to different needs and preferences.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Lymphedema Management & Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
We offer two different types of Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
1. Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD)
Origin: Popularized in Brazil, most famously by Renata França.
Approach: Firm, fast-paced, rhythmic massage strokes along lymph pathways, sometimes combined with body-contouring techniques.
Focus: Visibly reduces bloating, swelling, and water retention. Promotes immediate aesthetic effects (slimmer waistline, flatter stomach).
Experience: More vigorous and stimulating compared to traditional lymph drainage.
Best for: Cosmetic results, post-surgery swelling (esp. cosmetic surgery), bloating, event-prep (e.g., brides, photo shoots).
2. Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Origin: Developed in the 1930s by Dr. Emil Vodder (Europe).
Approach: Highly structured, gentle, circular and pumping hand movements, with specific training/certification required.
Focus: Clinical/therapeutic lymph drainage — reduces lymphedema, swelling, chronic inflammation, post-surgical recovery. Often prescribed in medical settings.
Experience: Gentle, repetitive, almost hypnotic touch.
Best for: Medical conditions (lymphedema, post-cancer treatment swelling, trauma recovery, post-surgical healing).
VMLD: Lymphatic Drainage
Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage (VMLD) is a gentle, integrative approach to lymphatic drainage that supports the body from both a physical and energetic perspective. It blends Western understanding of the lymphatic system with Eastern principles to support detoxification, fluid balance, and overall regulation.
ORIGIN:
Developed by Dr. John Veltheim, founder of the BodyTalk System.
APPROACH:
Uses light, rhythmic hand movements, simple body awareness techniques, and occasional tapping to support the movement of fluid through the lymphatic system. This method also works with the body’s energy systems, helping release stored tension, emotional and biochemical blockages while promoting deep relaxation and overall well-being. In short, it works by gently guiding fluid and energy through the body to enhance detox, circulation, and emotional balance without deep pressure or discomfort.
FOCUS:
Supports lymphatic flow, reduces congestion, and helps regulate the nervous system — encouraging the body to clear and rebalance more efficiently.
EXPERIENCE:
Very light, calming, and often described as meditative. Ideal for those who prefer a gentle, non-invasive approach.
BEST FOR:
Detoxification, swelling, inflammation, fatigue, immune support, stress, and those sensitive to pressure or drawn to mind-body approaches.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists work with many different kinds of injuries and aid in the body’s healing process to help you get back to optimal function. Sports injuries, physical trauma, repetitive strain injuries and more.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. The naturopathic philosophy is to stimulate the healing power of the body and treat the underlying cause of disease. Symptoms of disease are seen as warning signals of improper functioning of the body, and unfavourable lifestyle habits. Naturopathic Medicine emphasizes disease as a process rather than as an entity.
Treating both acute and chronic conditions, naturopathic treatments are chosen based on the individual patient – their physiological, structural, psychological, social, spiritual, environment and lifestyle factors. In addition to diet and lifestyle changes, natural therapies including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, naturopathic manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture, may also be used during treatments.

Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Therapies
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture is a gentle, time-tested approach that helps the body restore balance and support its natural healing processes.
It works by stimulating specific points on the body along a network of pathways (meridians), helping improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and support the smooth flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body.
It can support concerns like stress, pain, digestion, hormonal balance and overall wellbeing.
Treatments may also include cupping, guasha, or moxibustion — all rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine to support flow, release tension, and restore balance.

BodyTalk WholeHealthcare Energy Medicine
BodyTalk is a gentle, non-invasive approach that helps restore balance by improving communication between the brain, body, and nervous system.
It brings together principles from both modern science and ancient healing systems — including neuroscience, acupuncture, and applied kinesiology — to support the body’s natural ability to heal and reorganize.
Over time, stress and life experiences can disrupt these internal connections, showing up as physical tension, emotional stress, or a sense of feeling out of sync. BodyTalk uses light tapping techniques to help reset these patterns, supporting the body in coming back into balance.
Sessions often leave you feeling more relaxed, clear, and connected within yourself.
BodyTalk can support a range of concerns — from stress and sleep to physical tension and emotional wellbeing — and often enhances the effects of other therapies by helping the body integrate more fully.
